Although the dowsing results were far from conclusive it should be noted that the three dowsers sat in different locations of the Dayroom  in order to prevent any collusion or communication. It would therefore be theoretically possible that they were communicating with different spirits.

Shortly after the second video and audio experiment commenced a tapping sound was recorded on one of the video cameras. The sound appears to indicate tampering with the camera itself. As the camera was used in the same location for both experiments and had not been moved in between, it is unlikely that the sound could have been caused by expansion or contraction due to a sudden natural change in temperature.  Examination of the complete footage has proved there to be no persons present in the immediate area at the time. Inexplicable occurrences of equipment either being tampered with, or switched off completely, are quite frequent at the Gaol.
